3. Booking and Scheduling
All services must be booked in advance. Once a booking is confirmed, we will adhere to the agreed schedule. Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
3.1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payments
Our pricing is based on the scope of the garden clearance required. An initial quote will be provided upon assessment of your garden. The following payment terms apply:
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Responsibilities
Service Provider: We are responsible for performing the services with reasonable care and skill. We will ensure that our staff are trained and equipped to carry out the work efficiently.
Client: Clients are responsible for clearing any valuable or fragile items from the garden prior to our arrival. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left unattended.
6. Liability
Garden Clearance Chigwell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
6.1. Insurance
We carry appropriate insurance to cover any accidental damage during the clearance process. However, it is recommended that clients have their own insurance for personal items.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their implementation.
